Sold Out — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Sold Out (net.luminateknoloji.soldout), a mobile game published by Lumina Yazılım İnovasyon Teknoloji Ticaret Limited Şirketi("Lumina"). Sold Out is an accessibility-first musical memory game for Android and iOS in which blind and sighted players compete on the same leaderboard.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account identity: on Android the game signs you in automatically with your Google Play Games profile; on iOS with Game Center. We store the account identifier that Firebase Authentication issues, your player name and, when available, your profile picture URL. If no platform account is available, you play as a guest with an anonymous Firebase identifier.
  • Game progress: cleared levels, stars, scores, in-game gold and fame, band and venue upgrades, compositions, power-up inventory and your weekly leaderboard score, stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) under your account identifier so your progress follows you across devices.
  • Crash diagnostics: Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports with the device model, operating-system version, app version and your anonymous account identifier, so we can find and fix the problem. No contact details are attached.
  • Device settings: accessibility preferences (screen-reader mode, announcement pacing, reduce motion) stay on the device and are never uploaded.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, advertising identifier or payment details. We do not use analytics or tracking tools. The app shows no advertising and currently sells nothing for real money.

2. How We Use It

To save and sync your progress, to run the weekly leaderboard, to keep the game working (crash fixes) and to make the game accessible. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.

3. Who Processes It

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics) processes the data above on our behalf under Google's data-processing terms. Google Play Games Services (Android) and Apple Game Center (iOS) provide the sign-in identity under their own privacy policies. Data may be stored on Google servers outside your country.

4. Retention

Progress and identity data are kept while your account exists. On a deletion request, Firestore data and the authentication record are deleted immediately; crash reports are retained by Crashlytics for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically.

5. Deleting Your Account and Data

Inside the app (fastest): open Settings (the gear tab), choose Account → Delete account and confirm. Your sign-in record and all cloud progress are deleted immediately, and the app returns to a fresh guest profile.

Without the app: send an e-mail to halilozerdem3@gmail.com with the subject "Sold Out account deletion" and tell us which Google Play Games or Game Center account you played with. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted:

  • your Firebase Authentication record (the sign-in identity);
  • all cloud progress stored under your account: cleared levels, stars and scores, gold and fame, band, venue and composition data, power-up inventory and weekly leaderboard entries;
  • your public profile document (player name, platform).

Crash reports already sent to Crashlytics may include your anonymous account identifier; they contain no contact details and are deleted automatically after up to 90 days. Nothing else is retained.

6. Children

The game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal data from children beyond the anonymous identifier needed to save progress. Platform sign-in is subject to Google's and Apple's age rules.

7. Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to halilozerdem3@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.

8. Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and show the new last-updated date above.
